Miqulius is Ozimius' half-brother on his father's side.  He has been tracking his grandfather's ring from out of Saje for a couple of years and has recently entered Troll's Bridge.  He was directed to Morrisul Groves for employment as an experienced assassin.  Before actually meeting with the lord of House Groves, Xunor Khan informed him of a new leader of Clan Khan who possesses The Elder Ring of Khan and that Groves is a target of an intrigue that will destroy the reputation of his House.  Wanting to meet this new leader of the clan, he seeks out Ozimius where the power of the ring grants him cohort status to the new leader.
