The ambassador originally assigned to Marshe's Edge and evacuated from there upon the awakening of Drymorjoc has gone missing since arriving in Troll's Bridge. The Empire is beginning to become concerned, but has not been able to convince the Tetons to assign a new ambassador to dwell in Troll's Bridge.

When it is discovered that Wintersky is in the city, imperial official will approach her assuming she is the new ambassador.

Timeline of Events

Methyltina 3, 1000 PC	Magnus Artural drains the Teton ambassador, Wind-of-Dragons.
Methyltina 6, 1000 PC	Wind-of-Dragons rises from the grave a vampire.
Ethyltina 13, 1000 PC	The Grotesque captures and imprisons Wind-of-Dragons to prevent imperial backlash.
Butyltina 25, 1000 PC	Wintersky finds the imprisoned Wind-of-Dragons in the catacombs of The Cathedral.
Butyltina 28, 1000 PC	Wintersky meets with Lord Melage Random IX about the situation with the Teton ambassadors.
