Eregard Artural is a fop and fencer from Troll's Bridge; the black sheep of House Artural. He has aided the resistance against Hardun Chicdell in his own way since it formed. Seeing that the resistance lacked effectiveness, he—along with some other like-minded individuals—discovered that Lord Chicdell has an heir currently dwelling in Redemption. In the hopes that this grandson of the mayor realizes the problems with this governmental arrangement, he has sought him out to get his views on the situation and join him if he wishes to return power to the city council.
