As a result of Ozimius claiming the Elder Ring of Khan and Miqulius' acknowledgement of this claim, Ozimius gains the expatriate Sajenese Khan Clan members in Troll's Bridge as followers.

Ozimius will continue retaining and gaining followers as if he has the Leadership feat as long as he possesses the ring.
