Dragons! For all the praise that the vethiSha'Tek gives to them, I don't think any of them have actually seen one before. At least, none of the younger kobolds have. But now, me and my friends are trapped in a cave with a green dragon lurking outside. How exciting!

I'm getting a little ahead of myself though. When T'Krosh attacked my friends a few days ago, they stumbled into a cave after the battle. They were scared off by a roaring animal noise. So of course, we had to come back today and go spelunking. Inside, we found some gigantic, crystal-eating bugs. Surprise surprise, they eat people too. It wasn't exactly easy to fight them inside the cramped quarters either; Ozimius was even knocked out by the beetles. I ended up having to use my magic missile spell to avoid hitting my friends. It certainly lacks the oomph of a good fire-ray. We found a huge pile of treasure in the cave. It probably belongs to the dragon outside, actually. Well it's ours now! Oh, and "us" now includes Wintersky, a human woman. She keeps talking about ghosts and spirits, so I think she is some kind of oracle or prophet.

I had better pick this up tomorrow actually. I have a lot of treasure to identify.

The softskins cannot see in the dark like I can. They were stumbling around right into the fangs of the bugs. Not like me; I saw them a mile away! Hah!
